Please complete the form below and submit it so that we know a little about you and can expect to see you at our next meeting. Please print a copy - sign it and bring it with you. (If a family, please list names of all the family members who are applying. If applying for Corporate Membership, please include organisation’s name as well as your own.).


2012 subscription rates are: Adult £30 - Senior £20 - Junior £17 - Family £35 - Corporate £40

I would like the Wycombe Astronomical Society to reclaim tax on the membership fee I have paid today, and on subsequent subscriptions or donations I make from the date of this declaration.  I confirm that I am a UK taxpayer and the amount of tax I pay exceeds the amount I would like the Wycombe Astronomical Society to claim.
