20 Years of Wycombe Astronomical Society was celebrated on Saturday 15th September 2001. Also, we celebrated the lottery grant for the purchase of our new telescope. The local press turned up for the occasion and we delighted to have some very special honoured guests:

Life Membership Awards

We awarded several life membership awards to long standing members of the Society who have made outstanding contributions to Wycombe Astronomical Society over the past 20 years. [Full Story]

Cygnus - Twentieth Anniversary Edition

We have started to put the articles featured in our twentieth anniversary edition of our magazine online. The magazine, limited to one copy per member, is presented in a spiral bound A4 format with colour illustrations throughout. [Read the online version here]
